great spot for city strolls and nearby parks

I loved how close we were to the Merced Multicultural Arts Center and Applegate Park Zoo, making our walks enjoyable and filled with interesting sights. while the bathroom was surprisingly clean and the outside was nicer than expected, it's worth noting there was some noise from a neighboring tenant.

I enjoyed the cozy, traditionally decorated rooms, making it a welcoming space. The outdoor area was well-kept, providing a nice place to relax. Plus, the staff were attentive and helpful, making my stay easier as a senior.

An additional grab bar in the bathroom would help.

I enjoyed my stay at San Joaquin Motel during my road trip in the U.S. The kind manager accommodated my needs, and I appreciated the clean bathroom despite the room showing some age. For the price, it offered a decent experience, although the carpet could have been better. I'd return if in the area.

One downside was the tight parking lot. it was a hassle when all spots were full.
